This dehumidifier keeps my 700 sq foot apartment humidity levels below 50% -- if not on, the humidity climbs to the high 70s! It's not very loud--just a little white noise in the background that doesn't interfere with TV, music, conversations, etc. I do have to empty the tank every day (sometimes 2x), but it's easy to take out and dump in my sink so not a problem. My previous dehumidifier was the smaller version and ran continuously for almost a year, but then stopped working. I was refunded the amount I paid for that one, and in turn bought this one. This wall-mounted control is compatible with most Fanimation ceiling fans. Utilizes a slider to control three fan speeds, allowing you to simply control the output of your ceiling fan.

My electricians installed 9 of these into our new house with Spitfire Fanimation fans so that we wouldn't need to mount remotes on our walls. I select this switch option because we do not have light kits with our fans. No issues with install but I find the the lowest setting on the switch is still really fast. It seems like there needed to be at least another one or two lower speed settings on these switches.
