Being porcelain, it’s very hard and durable, and perhaps best of all, you can use an orbital sander to remove thinset and grout without damaging the finish—huge time saver! Just one critical thing to know in advance: these are spaced at 4mm, and you’ll have to search hard to find 4mm spacers. 3/16 is too wide, 1/8 is too skinny. On the upside, if things start looking a wee bit out of alignment, you can use those 3/16 and 1/8 spacers (very selectively) to cheat a little, with no discernible impact to aesthetics.. Ryan. This tile is STUNNING. I have used it as a backsplash and mixed with the square tile of the same color for a shower. This adds the right amount of texture that keeps it interesting but not annoying. I purchased this in eight foot lengths to install all over the house: living room, den, four bedrooms, and hallway. It is beautifully intricate in design and has held up over the years with no cracking or chipping. We painted it a white semi-gloss. My only minor concern is that in the winter it does shrink a bit at the seams, showing gaps. But I think a little white caulk would take care of it. Added plus: we had one wall that was curved. Versatile as it is dazzling, the mosaic tile consists of hexagon body ceramic tiles. Mix and match to create a captivating accent wall or stick to a monochromatic color for a backsplash.

Nice quality thick tile, and loved the texture and finish. However the grey pulled too purple in our space and next to our counters. Greys vary so much so still gave it 5 stars, but we will be going with another tile. Looks better in room with a lot of natural light. Photos were taken next to window on a sunny day.. Tg. TN.
