I can’t say enough about this dehumidifier. It’s extremely well made. It performs better than expected and has replaced two 70 pint dehumidifiers in a very humid indoor space. It holds humidity levels to our desired humidity range of below 50 without issue. The blower is powerful and helps to move air around the space it is in. The gravity drain is easy to connect the provided hose and clamp to as well. There is also a washable and reusable air filter on the intake side. This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low. I don't have the ability to fully comment on it's effectiveness yet but can say that the reading changed rather quickly with a short test try. Although this is a slightly lower-tier model than my previous one, the price was about the same. I bought my old one in-store, but it’s really hard to find this specific brand and model from other suppliers right now. Plus, from my experience, other places usually have slow shipping. Since I needed it urgently, I went with Wayfair again based on my previous good experiences, hoping for fast delivery. I placed the order on Thursday afternoon, and it arrived right around noon today (Monday). The delivery was smooth and remembering how well all my previous Wayfair orders were delivered, I really want to thank everyone involved, including the supplier. I set up the machine today and tested it out—it works perfectly and is just as easy and convenient to use as my old one. This also reminds me of a past order (mostly furniture back then) where I had to return an item because it wasn't quite what I expected. Wayfair's customer service was incredibly kind and handled both the return and refund smoothly. I’d like to express my belated gratitude for that as well! Of course, this time the purchase was absolutely perfect with zero issues, so I didn't even need to contact customer service. This dehumidifier has been great in our garage! Very easy to work with and set up. The only thing that was a little bit of a pain was trying to get the hose on.
