If the product dries out due to storing conditions, simply add 2-3 drops of water and stir. If it is still too firm, add additional drops of water until it reaches the desired consistency.

Item shipped fast, was packaged almost too well but it still came with chips in the corners of some of the pieces. I was surprised with how well it was packaged and wrapped that it had chips and dings in it. **Update: I received a new package that came with no chips or dings! We just finished a DIY installation of the Honey-colored Adura® Flex Southern Oak Plank into our RV. We absolutely LOVE the results! This flooring has a high-quality look and feel. The micro-beveled edges and wood-grain embossing make this flooring look very much like real wood. The Honey color is rich and warm. I was a little worried that during shipping, individual boxes might arrive damaged. I'm happy to report that even though none of the boxes arrived in perfect condition, very few of the planks were damaged. One thing to note: this plank IS marked VERY lightly with one-way arrows which we totally missed until we after we had already glued down half of the floor.
