I replaced my 20 year old grill with this Napoleon 700 series grill. The technology on this grill has come a long way compared to my old grill. Cooks great, doesn’t flare up like my old grill. With the back infrared burner it cooked very evenly. The lights on the grill work great for cooking at night and they look pretty cool too. Handcrafted from the roots and stumps of the Asian Cypress known as Shan Mu. These beautiful cheese/cuttings boards make for a great presentation of what you are serving. Each piece is absolutely unique. As each board is food safe all you need to do for clean up is wash it with soap and water.
