The bench is of good quality and exactly what I needed for my entry, but putting it together was quite a chore as the pre-drilled holes were non-existent. Fortunately, there was a mark where they were supposed to be, so I could put the screws in the right places. They say not to use an electric screwdriver but I was forced to do so, with no adverse results. The lack of holes made affixing the top to the body with the hinges very difficult.. Jennifer.
