Even though the exterior box was damaged, the interior box was fun and the product was well packed inside. There were a couple scratches on two of the panels near the top corners near each other. Not sure if that was a manufacturing error or if it was damaged while packing but overall it looks nice where we have it. Ordered same item 2 weeks later and received a completely different knock-off version - very thin, weak panel, ugly rubber seal along border to make the thin panel fit the frame. Beautiful panel! Bought this with the gate separate piece and attached this to to my wall and the other side to a wooden shelf unit that was built with our house. Very sturdy. Great for infants and toddlers. My child is 2 years old and could reach the lock on the other side. We will have to put a pin our something from him opening it.
