This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. Great product for protecting concrete. Be careful with how you want to apply this product. I used a plastic container and sprayer, and this sealer literally melted the plastic/ spraying wand. I had to buy stailess steel sprayer to apply this sealer. Also, use a very good quality gloves to avoid any skin rash. It would be great if the supplier supplied MSDS sheet and warning label to not to use any plastic sprayer. Product is excellent, easy to apply! I’ve been through at least 5 different door locks and not one of them has held up like this one has. Installation was easy and quick, mostly because I’ve done this a few times already. The reason for 4 stars is because sometimes my fingerprint doesn’t work. I then have to type in the passcode when I was to lock and unlock the door. I also wish it came with 2 keys instead of one but that’s not a deal breaker. I don’t really use the app, but it’s there if I need it. One of the standout features is the camera quality. The 4K camera captures sharp photos and smooth video, making it great for aerial shots of landscapes or events. The gimbal stabilization does a solid job of keeping footage steady even when there’s a light breeze. Flight performance is also very good. The drone feels stable in the air and responds quickly to controls. It includes useful beginner features like altitude hold, one-key takeoff/landing, and a return-to-home function, which makes it much easier for new pilots to learn without worrying about losing the drone. Battery life averages around 22–25 minutes per charge, which is pretty decent compared to other drones in this price range. I would still recommend buying an extra battery if you plan on flying for longer sessions. The only downsides I noticed are that the app interface could be a bit more polished, and the drone struggles slightly in stronger winds.
