The small screws (4) were difficult to "hand" screw. My husband had to use his drill. Which worked much better. The spinner's green leaves rotate. Which was a pleasant surprise. The top section of the Sunflower spins as well as rotate 360 degrees. Allow extra room for the rotation to safely perform its turns away from any fence or building.
