So I like the water heater so far. The thing that I hate most is that I paid almost 800 for this and for it to come with all the dings that it came with I should be reimbursed. Also Wayfair lead with it being about it being placed in whatever you of your choice the 2 delivery men told me absolutely not that’s not what they are suppose to do and they tried to leave it on my front porch!!!!!. Notice: There are locks at both sides for better security, the key can only be pulled out when well locked,which helps to prevent you from forgetting to lock and pulled out keys. Press down firmly on the lid with both hands if needed, make sure It's well closed, then the key would be released .
