The storage bench is not as well made as I would expect it to be (perhaps 3.5 to 4 stars) since it does look nice just material used is cheap. The first one I received had a broken leg, the top thin plastic cover that protects the cushion was ripped which left a small stain and the hinge was broken on the left side. I attached a picture of the leg. Upon contacting Wayfair customer service they promptly took care of it. The replacement I received is in perfect shape. My recommendation to the manufacturer would be to put additional packaging around the legs to keep them from breaking and to use a stronger plastic wrap to protect the top cushion. The toy chest is amazing and very beautiful. However, it was delivered severely damaged and broken because of it being shipped by FedEx. A piece of furniture that is worth over $2500 should not be shipped via FedEx and be shipped using a shipping company that will take care of it being delivered without being damaged.
