Two or three zoom calls to go through design and options using their software program with renderings was great. Shipping was reasonably quick for semi custom cabinets. We are very happy with our Backyard Discovery Beaumont 14x12 pergola! The only negative would be the time it took to arrive, which was about six weeks. Three things to be aware of: (1) Many of the pre-drilled holes weren't drilled all the way through, so we had to drill them ourselves; (2) You need your own specialized tools (like a drill with a certain-sized square drill bit & two different size sockets); and (3) At least for us, the box arrived extremely damaged, with holes in the box. Assembly was incredibly easy—everything snaps together with no tools required. The genuine leather is beautiful, and the rich chocolate color adds a warm, elegant touch that perfectly complements my décor. They are very soft and comfortable, with a cozy wingback design that feels both stylish and inviting. The chairs sit lower to the ground, which I love at 5’5”, and my 5’10” husband also finds them very comfortable. I would say they’re best suited for small to midsize people. The only drawback is that you can’t sit fully upright with the footrest elevated. That said, they’re so comfortable and attractive that I’m happy to overlook this and simply recline and relax.
