No Regrets. Worked great right out of the box, comfortable and convenient. We installed it near a sliding patio door instead of a window and there were no problems. The only puzzling thing was the parts list showed a "pre-installed carbon filter". We did not get that. There was a hybrid filter with some loosely woven carbon mesh on one side, packed separately. Very happy with this purchase. For a dual hose air conditioner I think this is a good middle of the road option for places like where I live (nor cal) where humidity is not an issue. I did try to use a hose attachment which wasn’t readily available for this unit and it did leak. However the bottom drain works perfectly. The caveat with this machine is that you absolutely cannot lose the remote otherwise you cannot operate the unit. You can only turn on and off from the main unit but no operation. Very quiet compared to most brands I’ve had. I do think it could be a littler cooler on max but it will eventually cooldown the room and maintain good temp after.
