I love the art. The size is impressive and it looks different depending on which direction you look at it. I could stare at it for hours, it is so relaxing. The packaging is not adequate though. Thin carboard with nothing around the art to protect it from damage. My box was ripped open at the top and had holes it in that tore the backing and a few pieces of gravel were knocked off. If it was shrink-wrapped first, it might not have been damaged. That or better box that allowed more styrofoam. But Wayfair took care of it and I am pleased. The idea of a picture frame that can store 100,000 photos sounds impressive, but the process of uploading photos is extremely inconvenient. To add pictures, you must download the Frameo app on your phone and send each photo to the frame over Wi-Fi. The thought of doing that thousands of times is simply unrealistic. The unit does not support USB transfers, which would have made uploading photos much easier. I also tried sending photos from my computer, but that did not work either. I contacted online customer support, but they were unable to provide a solution. As a result, I had to return the item.
