I received the kitchen island with extendable dining table which had a few challenges during assembly. One of the board was not milled with the cut outs to fit the other piece together. I contacted customer service and they contacted the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent the correct piece which took about a week to receive. During assembly, there were some areas where the pre-made holes for the screws were not lined up and required some drilling to correct. Once the island was assembled, it looked great and was sturdy. Behind the two doors is an adjustable shelf with ample storage and the drawer is wide and roomy. There is a towel rack at the end of the island and the extendable table pulls out easily and provides enough room for two adults to sit. I love the fluted wood design and the gold fixtures stands out nicely from the white. Assembly took awhile with all the pieces, but overall seems pretty sturdy. It is a lot larger than I had thought it would be so it should easily fit my laser printer. The finish is a lot glossier than expected as well. Do expect it to scratch with use, but came without any damage in the box. There are no feet either so need to attach some pads to the bottom to keep it from scratching the floor.
