I purchased the bear on one of the 25% off sale days. He is a great addition to our Mini Golf course in Cicero, NY. He was damaged in shipping by the trucker (accidents happen) and perhaps some additional protection should be provided. But working with Ron in customer service resulted in Design Toscano taking care of me to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to order again from Design Toscano based on this good service and will do so. I was able to repair the damage myself in an hour or so. People are loving this bear! He appears to be sturdy and of high quality. We took the step of gluing him down to the sidewalk as he is heavy but not untippable without it. They seemed solid but the listing title says 4 feet and the actual size of these is 48.5” which is a big deal when you measure for exactly 4’ opening. And that isn’t with the latches so we had to return.. Savannah. US. Sun Jun 07 2026
