I ordered 2 of these nightstands and love both. They feel solid, seem to be well-designed overall, and fit the look I was going for. They do take a bit of time to build - theres 31 pieces of metal and MDF in total, and scads of fasteners of several types. For the first one I didnt time myself exactly, but did manage to watch the movie Christine from beginning to end, as well as 23rds of the original Fright Night, both with commercials LOL I cant give 5 stars for the product, though, for this reason While the first went together perfectly, the second one seemed ... sloppier, for lack of a better word. The white paint wasnt as even in appearance or color, and some pieces didnt fit together as snuggly. The worst though was the secret compartment on back - I had to remove and tear it apart 3 times to sand down 3 pieces a full 116th of an inch (either they were cut too big or the pre-drilled holes were in the wrong place), move the position of the metal sliders, and drill new holes for the backer board because the compartment just. would. not. close. flush with the frame. 2 hours later after fiddling with it, it works like it should, but if I had opened and assembled that 1 first, I would have sent the other back unopened. I bought two of these nightstands for my daughter’s bedroom. They’re cute and I like the scalloped drawer. I ordered the lavender color. Unfortunately, they’re not even coated. You can see a few spots that have some white from the base still there but thankfully it’s something you’d really have to look at and I noticed it while putting them together & I pay attention to detail. The reason I’m rating it 4 stars because the lack of paint in some parts but also the bigger issue for me is the front drawer on one of the nightstands was dirty clearly from the warehouse. It has some black/brown marks on part of the front drawer - I sent a picture and asked for a new drawer to be replaced because I even tried to wipe it down to see if I could remove their warehouse damage and it didn’t do anything. They wouldn’t do a replacement and told me I could return it to het my money back or a small discount for one of the nightstands. They let me know that it was back ordered and they couldn’t send a replacement for the drawer and weren’t able to tell me the paint/color to coat it myself. These dressers are nice. They are modern looking, functional and practical. They take a while to put together, though. Even with two of us, each with our own drills, it took us about an hour to put together. At the end make sure that the screws that are used for the tracks that the drawers slide into are tight otherwise the drawers wont slide in all the way. Where do I start I have conflicting feelings about this table but, will start with the positive. Bottom line, I do like the table. It is very nice and sturdy, heavy too. Love the flower accents not only on the front of the drawer but on the sides of the drawer too, super cute! The instructions were concise, not very detailed which is not uncommon, but enough to understand the parts involved in each step and steps to follow to get to the end result.  Now the not so good the screws dont always go in straight making it difficult to line up with the holes where these are supposed to go in to hold the table together. I had to undo and redo a few multiple times and still wiggle the pieces to slightly force them to fit in. At the end no major issue, just an inconvenience but also not unexpected.  Also, the manual was glued on the to front of the drawer, right on the flower! Seemed like paint may have been fresh and the manual got stuck on the surface when it was tossed in the box. It was also minimal traces of paper left when I removed the manual and I should be able to get it slightly wet to remove and not damage the wood.  All in all, I do like the table a lot!
