Ordered the chrome jets and they look great. Unfortunately my plumber would not recommend installing them as he has had issues with leakage after. Maybe a different plumber would install. This tub arrived quickly and without a scratch. It is well-made with quality materials and finish. I can sit comfortably and stretch out my legs. I’m 5’9”. Note that it requires 3 separate gfi plugs. Optimally this would be on a platform with plugs underneath. There is no access panel or spot to run cords thru. Mine was dropped into the basement. Because it has a faucet and not a tub filler, it takes quite some time to fill.Before you turn on the pumps, make sure they are at their lowest setting. If not, they will throw water EVERYWHERE! And if the tub is too full - even with settings as low as possible - the water bubbles over the sides. The jets are so strong that it’s difficult to relax with them on. It doesn’t help that the light flashes thru its colors quickly and there’s no way to turn it down or off. Hope I grow to tolerate it better.. Anonymous. Fri Feb 13 2026

Unfortunately, at least for the moment, Wayfair does not seem to offer accessories for this product, which need to be ordered through the manufacturer, and the manufacturer sadly does not ship to Hawaii (requiring a shipping middleman --- do-able, but a royal pain, and an added expense). This is a good whirlpool bathtub but it is Not a free-standing tub. By definition a “free-standing bathtub” can be positioned anywhere in a bathroom and doesn’t need to be against a wall. Well this tub does need to be against 2 walls since it’s missing 2 wall side panels. We thought this was an error made by the manufacturer but it’s not.
