It’s not the most expensive descaled but so far so good. Puts on a nice light show too. The manual is well written. This appears to be manufactured in Atlanta. I replaced my water heater, also 20 years old. The water is coming out with the lime sentiment. It quickly settles. But I’m hoping it finishes. The product obviously works. The beverage/spring water faucet is great - strong water flow. It keeps a bubble at the tip but it doesn't drip. I kept a cup under it and it kept dry with no leaks. The main faucet sprayer has 3 functions: regular flow of water, spray flow and best of all, a super sprayer. It really removes the stubborn stuff. That was an unexpected, happy benefit. When I received this product I was pleasantly surprised of how amazing this was packaged, everything besides a tools you need you get even the plumbers tape which is a bonus. The white glove that comes with it so you can not get stains on the faucet itself amazing I have tried to put this together in my saying for my sink is a farmer style thing so Im not able to get in the back of it to assemble it so that is why Im giving it four stars right now I am waiting on my brother who is a plumber to come and install it but you know how it is with family you always have to wait but once it is installed I will definitely be giving an update but from everything that I see right now I am absolutely pleased with this purchase.
