Love it. The only issue I have it’s with the wood. Yes it is very light weight wood. It serves the purpose for what I want to do with it and use it as a prep side table for when I’m BBQ’ing and I need space to place my tools and plates etc. I know it says it will hold 400lbs. Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out.
