I love this tower! Moved laundry to the first floor from the basement in a 100yo home. They nicely fit into a closet and are quiet and very efficient. Only 2 tbs of detergent needed, if you use too much you’ll get a notification for the app. Oh that’s great too, the app also alerts you when the washer and dryer are done or if there are any problems. Make sure they are properly installed, the dryer needs to have drainage. The guy who installed mine hadn’t installed an electric heat pump dryer yet and didn’t realize which led to a build up of water in the washer pan and the clothes would be damp. I've had my new washer for two weeks now, and so far it has been working great , clothes comes out very clean. I originally wanted the model without the fancy control knob, but it wasn't available, so I ended up getting this one. My only concern is longevity. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. It has a large capacity. I was worried that it wouldn’t hold as much as my prior front loaders, LG mega capacity. I was happily mistaken. And the footprint is smaller! This set holds everything I washed before and it’s more efficient. Washes & dries quickly, without damaging on the AI cycles. I love all the preset options and the auto soap and softener dispensers. Water pressure is fantastic. The rain shower can be tilted which is great for someone short. The handheld being able to be moved gives you more control on where the water hits you.
