The chest looks nice. The quality is good. However, the drawers only pull out about half way. Very weird. I thought about returning it but I can make it work. I read the reviews about the drawer problem but still ordered it because I liked it (I don't always trust the reviews). Also, in the product description the drawer dimensions are not listed. The trunk is as it looks. Hinges seem strong but even if they weren't, the wood is so light that it wouldn't hurt fingers. If you are looking for a solid piece of furniture, this isn't it. The box came so mangled it looked like it went through a garbage disposal. The fiberglass inside was damaged, and the item looked like it had been used. We ordered this, so it would come in time for a trip we took, which it did, and although Wayfair offered to send another one, they said it would not arrive for two or three weeks. I asked for a discount, they would only give 25%, so I had to suck it up and then go to the hardware store to buy some fiberglass repair goop so if it rained it would not leak into our stuff.
