I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. This needs at least two-three people to install it, and it does not come with a floor, garage door, or roof shingles. All specified in product description. Although we paid 7,000, it took another 3,500 to complete the finished shed because of that. Plus we insulated and installed sheetrock inside. Pretty easy to follow instructions and materials were well documented and tagged. Lots of room inside. We reconfigured windows and one door easily. I love this! It’s so much bigger than the three plastic ones I was using before. I wanted the top one a little lower because I was planning to put all of my, and my significant other Dan’s suitcases. Up on the top shelf. One word of advice. When attaching the top and bottom side supports together. Put a shelf in between the two supports. So that it can be stable when you’re finishing the setup. Plus whatever you put there. Can help stabilize it too. Putting this together by myself. Was pretty easy. Although I wished I had an extra hand sometimes. With how wide it is. But I was able to get it altogether by myself. In four hours, and it was done. I put the bottom prices for the bottom part of the legs in. That say to do first in the directions. To not scratch up the floors. But this was going into the garage. So it really didn’t matter. And our house is very old. So the garage floor is old too.
