Aesthetically appealing for sure. I ordered this sofa in camel color about 2 1/2 years ago. It looks like real leather and has a classy appearance. I especially like the tufted arms and back! It is actually pretty comfortable if you don’t sit on the seam. It is firm but softens over time. The feel of the material is soft, which I like. It isn’t slick, but feels like worn leather. It is holding up beautifully — no problems. I paid about $250 more than the current price. So this is a good deal. I feel that it was a good investment and I am happy! Solid, well-made, and most important, comfortable! You don't "sink into" the cushions, which while supportive, are not at all too hard in my view. At a certain age, "sinking into the cushions" poses a real challenge when you go to try to stand up. (Don't ask me how I know.) I decided on four stars only because the very nice leather has an intentional "mottled look," which isn't my favorite, but I'll get used to it. Really love this chaise lounge! It is extremely comfortable. Its like having a second bed. Its my dog's favorite piece of furniture too. I was able to build it by myself. It wasn't hard. This turned out to be a very cute comfy couch! Was surprised that its got Velcro to hold the fabric. Its not fully upholstered. The visible sides are velcrod in place. Not the best coverage, but it does the job and you cant really tell. Make sure to stretch the fabric as much as you can to cover the corners. I forgot to take pictures though. I was more concerned about it being comfortable as the previous more expensive couch I had purchased and was replacing had a very hard seating surface. Hardly used it. Do let the pillows fluff overnight before you use them. Couldnt believe the couch fit in the box it came in. The box was beat up from shipping, but the couch was very well protected with foam pieces and very thick plastic cover. From the looks of the box, I was sure the couch would be damaged and dirty being I bought a light ivory color. Afraid to open it to check and then not being able to get it back in the box to exchange. But yay! It was perfect! Overall very happy. Just as pictured. Was nervous buying with no reviews. It’s very comfortable, not too soft, not too firm. Like a more supportive cloud I guess is how I’d describe it. Seats not too high or too low. It’s the perfect style for my decor, very timeless overall. Shipping was fast, came well packed and undamaged. Only assembly was screwing on the legs. Frame feels sturdy. My husband also loves the look along with the feel of the seat cushions. I have a cover on it bc pets so can’t speak to fabric durability. We both fit well on it, I’m 5’3” and my husband is 6’2”. So why 4 stars The dimensions are off. Seat height is actually closer to 18” not 21. Seat depth is closer to 28” not 33.5”. It’s probably 33.5” without the back cushions but that’s not how seat depth should be measured bc who’s sitting on a couch without back cushions (unless it’s a tight back which this is not). Here are the dimensions Overall length 90” Overall depth 40” Back height 27” Back height with back cushions 33” Arm height 22” Seat height 18” Seat length 80” Seat depth 28” Back cushion height (from seat) 18” I did contact Wayfair customer service to let them know the dimensions were not as advertised. For the price it’s a great couch! Love the color, thick fabric. Required a bit of steaming, the back legs are at a very slight angle. This is why I removed a star.
