I purchased a flow regulator for our bath faucet, I believe the part was under warranty I contacted Grohe regarding the warranty and they responded for me to submit the original purchase documents This was very favorable, unfortunately I have the documents but do not know how to forward them over my computer for a refund of the regulator purchase price. The Exterior Versatile Gas Plug is an ideal means of connecting your natural gas or propane barbeque, patio heater, fire pit or any outdoor appliance directly to your existing home gas supply system. It is designed to be installed into a brick or rock wall where the entry into the Gas Plug would have to be from the rear. Each rough-in box comes with a rear hub to be able to install a 1 1/4" ABS gas pipe sleeve from the box to the interior wall cavity. The small access door in the main stainless steel door can be left open to allow the appliance to remain plugged in while the larger door is closed. The CSA approved quick disconnect houses a thermal valve that shuts off the flow of gas in conditions of 300°F or more in case of an upset condition. This along with the interlocking shut off handle provides a safe, secure and a clean method of concealing unsightly pipes and valves.

This is a terrific little system! I am a tea drinker and my husband let it slip that the UK has hot water on demand in many places... I asked if we could and lo and behold! Installation was easy*, although we didn't use the supplied filter as we have it going through a filter system already. The temperature isn't exact, so we did have to mess with the dial a little. It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely..
