Luckily i got some help from my friend to set the water heater heater in place. It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely.. The beverage/spring water faucet is great - strong water flow. It keeps a bubble at the tip but it doesn't drip. I kept a cup under it and it kept dry with no leaks. The main faucet sprayer has 3 functions: regular flow of water, spray flow and best of all, a super sprayer. It really removes the stubborn stuff. That was an unexpected, happy benefit. HPWH is easy to use and consume little power. Not very noisy, can't hear it in house, but definitely would bother me if my office were in the garage. Keeps water warm overnight without using any power (or very very little). Concern is the durability of the anode rod - within two weeks, it is down to 98%. I’m 75 so this thing is a bit hard for me. I didn’t realize the compartment for clean water and used water were in the back. It’s heavy to turn around for me and lifting the water is difficult. You must wash the whole thing every week. My sink is high, newer apt, I’m 4 11” and that’s lifting at chest level. I think for younger folks it’d be great but when it’s done cleaning the water there is about a days worth for me. Otherwise for what it is it’s great! It does take up one counter at my apt. So far I do like this it does make the water taste a lot better. Its not quite as cold as I would like I have a 32 oz water bottle and Im about halfway of filling it the water gets warm since its refilling the tank as it goes, but some ice cubes would fix that.
