I absolutely love this fountain. The only minor issue was the internal pipe for the power cable; it was a bit short, which limited the water level and made the pump sound a little loud. I easily swapped it out for a longer piece of standard PVC pipe, which allowed for a higher water level and a much quieter operation. I literally just put it together, filled it up and turned it on. So far, it’s sturdy and made well. The water flows well - but the top pitcher that fills and pours to the next, fills up too quickly and overflows. The other pitchers fill and pours properly.
