We ordered this set and it was delayed almost two months before it finally showed up. The boxes with the chairs was beaten up a bit from transporting, but not damaged inside to affect the merchandise. The box with the table was a different story. It looked like it was used as a soccer backstop with a big gash in the middle that was covered up with packing tape. The corners were all bashed in and covered with tape also. Once the table was removed from the box, one end had a big dent in the frame thet stuck up and was very noticable and unacceptable. We contacted Wayfair about this the next day, and was informed that a replacement table top was discontined and not available at all. They gave us a discount to our account, but we now have a brand new patio set with a big dent sticking up. Mr. Stan expects you to put the probe within your grout....so not sure how this would work down the road if you ever needed to service or replace this probe...rip out your grout? Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Wish I knew ahead of ordering and then requesting replacement which arrived like the first, no housing/grill.
