I should have looked more thoroughly at the specs before purchasing. The adjustable pole is not long. It limits the kind of chair you can use. If you have a beautician style chair with a solid base, you won’t be able to roll the wheels under. You need a chair that has legs or wheels that allow a gap big enough for the base of the dryer to fit under. This washing machine is very easy to operate via its touch control panel. Heavy, Soft, Normal, Rapid and Soak programs, you are allowed to quickly start the machine as you need. You can customize washing program by selecting load size, adding additional wash time, rinse time and spin time as well.

Smaller than I expected but it gets the job done we have 7 people in our house which produces about 16.5 pounds of laundry weekly gets the job done in 1 and a half loads. Many people have reported flooding from this product but it is because they lave the faucet on full water leaving it alone but the machine has a valve inside that accepts water at times when need which you just turn on the faucet. The machine is able to dry the clothes about 95 which is about the same my local laundromat dries. this is way more cost effective than having to pay 7.70 per machine which we use two of at the laundromat. when it is done i just hang it up which dries in one day. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our old(1999) system with Bosch and couldn't be happier. New system is much quieter. We are using our system much more because it is easy to hear and talk while using. When in use, the Bosch is taller and seems to catch more of the smoke and odors. Very pleased with our upgrade..
