I was so nervous about buying a tub online but I'm so glad we did. It arrived in perfect condition and looks just like the pics. My contractor said it was a piece of cake to install. We ended up putting the filler at the corner of the tub so it's more out of the way. It looks pretty stunning in our bathroom and is roomy and deep for one person. We've had ours about 6 months and have used it frequently, often bathing our 3 young kids in it at once; it's very durable and looks just as beautiful as the day we got it. The tub is gorgeous. Make sure you use mild detergent to clean like dishwashing liquid. I used soft scrub comet and it took forever to get the lighter color film residue off. It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite.
