Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. Our client chose this corner tub for his project. It's a beautiful tub however, there are a few challenges that came with it. The overflow drain only came in one color which did not match his shower trim kit (we had to devise a solution for a matching overflow). Do not order, they won’t send it to you. Original order was lost during shipping ( how do you lose a couch?) second attempt was a replacement order. Sent the wrong couch altogether. Had to pay $120 in materials to rebox the whole couch and get it shipped back. Third attempt just showed up, it is literally the same wrong couch I just sent back! This isn’t hard to get right! The couch I ordered doesn’t have a sleeper so stop sending me a sleeper couch. The one I ordered is light grey. The box literally says dark grey and it’s actually blue. I ordered this desk in the Zebrano color and love it, it’s a nice design. I really like the Desk Return with File Cabinet because that makes it easy to keep the desk clean and store things out of sight. The built in outlets are convenient. This desk and return are heavy, definitely need 2 people to handle unboxing and assembly. Only giving 4 stars because the screw to connect the desk to the return was extremely difficult to get in place. Also, had a few issues from shipping where corners were dinged up and the desktop was scratched. These are mostly hidden from view due to the way I have the desk placed in a corner of my office.
