Shed went together easily, with decent directions. I understand why the metal is covered with plastic to protect during shipping, but it peels and looks bad in time. We've had ours up for 2 winters now in Vermont, and no damage, doors and latches still work. I recommend setting this up on 2 pallets with plywood attached on top if it isn't going on a hard level surface. Tolerances are tight, and you will be happier with the result if it's on a perfectly level surface. Too bad about the peeling plastic, as it's a good looking shed for the money. Read full review. This is a very decent shed especially for the price. It does take some effort to build. I completed in less than 6hrs with no assistance. Read the instructions before you start. It will help. Organize the pieces. There were a lot of reviews stating dents and dings right out of the box. Mine came with a few. It is sheet metal so I expected some. Some of the holes don't line up perfectly, again it is sheet metal you can easily maneuver it or drill a perfect match. I just maneuvered it. The latch is flimsy so if you are in need of security you should probably get a different latch. You will need a ladder if you are shorter for the roof screws. 6ft worked perfectly. It is very light weight so I assembled it on 2 average wooden pallets for a sturdy base and anchored it in when it was completed. Overall this is a great shed for it's price.. Jennifer. This shed is a winner! It took a few hours to assemble but nothing was missing and all the parts fit together snuggly. I like the fact that it has a floor and a wide double door opening. The roof functions well in inclement weather conditions. And the structure holds up against strong winds. The shed arrived in two heavy packages so try to have two people hand to move the pieces into place. While I think this shed will ultimately serve its intended purpose I was disappointed that it didn't tell me that I needed to get a variety of nails and screws for assembly. Amazing shed. Easy to put together with great directions. Just make sure to follow them EXACTLY. Sometimes they tell you to put in a screw or bolt, but not tighten it. They MEAN it. It will save you time later when you don't have to loosen up that bolt or screw to fit in a piece. The pieces are a good thickness and well designed. Screw and bolt holes line up perfectly.
