Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element. Great upgrade from a standard toilette . Built in bidet is perfect solution since we did not have space for a separate European style bidet . Simpler install without needing electric hookup was a plus and also cheaper . no warm water option was not as big of an issue as I thought … water pressure on bidet spray tube is high so don’t turn it on when you’re facing it or you will get sprayed in the face.. Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue. Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement.
