Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). I recieved my POOLIN today!!! I love it. Interface is extremely user friendly. The User Manual is very well written making it comprehensible. I was able personalize a quilt top immediately, and the stitching reslults were phenomenal. Also, I tested one of the preinstalled fonts, used the USB drive, and the wireless function via institch, which all functioned correctly. I have not tested the sewing function, but plan to. This machine arrived in perfect condition due to great packaging. It came with tools, sewing notions, and some embroidery supplies that can be stored in a very nice case or storage container.
