It worked since I have non-standard shower sizes and making it custom is time consuming and more expensive. Looks nice and good quality! My only concern is the sturdiness of the entire unit cause there is a little wobble on the fixed panels everything the door is closed or opened with a slight force! After initial installation opted for a custom top bracket to connect the two glass pieces attached to the walls, and add extra support to the glass, which technically it does not need. This is a beautiful set, but not the best for an old house with walls that aren't completely straight. The top of the stable wall is flush, while the bottom is about a 1/2 inch off the wall. It still sits in the bracket, but because it isn't as far back in the bracket, the door is not stable. Other than that, I am very pleased.
