This is the most staggeringly useless light fixture and fan. We sadly ordered 2 of these awful fixtures and they have been nothing but trouble. The remotes will not sync properly, the dimming feature will not work, with suggested downrods the fans shake frighteningly. Multiple electricians have had issues trying to resolve problems. Absolutely LOVE this chandelier. I was so happy to find something top quality and more modern. The parts all feel very sturdy and very much worth the price.
