I purchased this same item 5 years ago for a rental cabin and am purchasing it again for me next one. I didn't want to pay a lot for it, but also wanted it to look good and last, so chose this due to the good reviews. When I had the first one installed the plumber said he had never heard of the brand but was surprised at how good it was. The original brushed chrome still looks beautiful. This faucet is lovely in person and heavy duty. The reason for 4 vs 5 stars is the finish isn't quite as rich in person as it is online. I returned another brand for the same reason. I'm keeping this one but not quite what is portrayed. Online shades are difficult in general. However, as someone who purchases lots of faucets for clients, I am seeing more often the color is being enhanced for the online photo making it difficult to match finishes.
