I’ve owned the fridge for about 3 weeks and it is a solid upgrade. PROS: It looks great and elevates the look of the kitchen to gourmet. The water/filter quality is top tier and the auto sense fill feature saves time when filling up a glass or a measuring cup. And of course it chills and freezes nicely with features that boost the capability for special circumstances such as installation or recovering from a power outage. CONS. It’s missing a few “normal folks” features that I’ve enjoyed over the years and that I would expect for the cost. 1. It is massive and takes 4-6 people to deliver it; annotate that during delivery or they won’t send enough people to get it off the truck. Also, installation and haul away aren’t included. Be prepared to pay a few hundred extra. 2. The door isn't magnetized - so it won’t hold a magnet. 3. The solid-state digital control system is designed with LED temperature display. This beer tower dispenser is engineered to facilitate maintenance and maneuvering by the operator, with an easy to clean slide-out condensing unit, recessed drawer handles(with locks) and four (4) swivel casters (two of which come with brakes). The dispenser is equipped with integrated condensate evaporator, meaning no drain line connection is needed. Operation requires CO2 tank and regulator (not included).

The product was perfect for our needs. The price was very fair and the financing was great. The set up was easy. The only thing that should be addressed is in the set-up of the CO2 gauages and connections. That section of the manual could use a little more clarity.
