Great couch however JW delivery company out of Springfield is a huge disappointment. They don’t schedule appointments they just text you a datetime and won’t answer their phone. Worst delivery company! However, the drivers were respectful and careful bringing in the furniture. Not sure where the damage occurred but will report it to Wayfair customer care.
