Spunloft towels have a special twisted thread technique. This technique manages the torsion which creates “air beds” in the fibers making these towels more absorbent. The soft hand feel offers a bulky and bouncy towel that is lofty and fluffy. Spunloft towels have much less linting and remain soft and fluffy after multiple washes. Unlike zero twist towels where the cotton yarns are twisted with a PVA yarn (Plastic fiber), the Spun Loft yarn is twisted without any plastic yarns, so they are more environmentally friendly. In zero twist towels, the PVA is melted in a later stage where the plastic is dissolved in the water and this is an environmental hazard.

Steamspa / SWCorp does not service their products. When something goes wrong you have to open up the unit and troubleshoot yourself or pay a contractor to do it. Mine worked for about six months then stopped producing steam. Warranty covers almost nothing. It doesn't cover "parts", so I'm not sure what it covers. Customer service offered to sell me a new one at a 20% discount or buy new heating elements and drain valve since the tank is not draining. None of this is covered under warranty. Installed this color-changing bathroom fanlight recently and overall I’m really happy with it. Wayfair sent the wrong color since we wanted the matte black one, but support helped. The fan moves air well, the light is bright enough. Color modes are the fun bonus that makes the whole bathroom feel more modern. It’s great to have options… normal white light for getting ready, softer tones for nighttime, and color modes when you want a little vibe. That said, installation was a bit trickier than a standard fan because this unit has multiple functions (light fan color modes). We only had one existing electrical feed at the vent, and while the instructions said additional wiring was “optional,” we wanted to unlock the full potential so we ran an extra line to be able to control everything properly.
