I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. It comes in a jet black finish constructed from 21 gauge galvanized steel for a clean look and durable design. We include a remote terminal block and wall switch cover to allow the controls to be installed separately from the hood and at a lower, accessible height in accordance with ADA guidelines.
