However once the cabinets were installed I realized it was going to be wide front to back so I was on the search for a new one when I stumbled upon this beauty. I gulped a little bit before dropping $170 on a wall clock, but the blue color was just what we were looking for to pick up the same tone as our kitchen island. I also liked the 3D "carving" of the numerals into the paper clock face. Once arrived and on the wall, it hits all the right things and looks great. We are very happy with it. Don’t purchase!!! I had this delivered on 8/27/2023, I had it installed on the same day. 2 weeks later it does not work. The lights don’t turn on and the hood blower does not turn on. I would not expect this from. $2k item. I called wayfair, they say to call zephyr. I called Zephyr, it took a whole week to get someone on the phone. You have the longest hold times. You ask for a return call know one calls you back. I finally got thru after being on hold for 7 hours. Unbelievable!!! I finally got a technician to call me to ask me , what’s wrong with it”? I told him the message that’s blinking on the hood screen and he asks , so do you need parts ? What ?! How am I supposed to know. Oh my goodness. That’s why I’m calling him, to figure this out. Honestly save your money and your time. I will never purchase from wayfair again. I will update this review, the very helpful technician that is asking me if I need parts is suppose to come to my home tomorrow, therefore I need to miss work to wait for him.
