All parts were organized, and nothing arrived damaged. The kit also included all the necessary hardware, gloves, and clear, easy-to-read instructions. The instruction booklet is laid out well and appears straightforward to follow when installation time comes. Great mirror, as pictured, it’s packed really well and was delivered quickly. only downside is the hanging mechanism.
