Perigold does not pay for return shipping but they sound great with customer service and will provide a label. I hope it works out, as it is a beautiful and unique rug. I used this as picture frame moulding in a bedroom makeover. It was easy to paint. I used a miter saw to cut it and did have some edges that frayed a bit. Sanding helped.
