The beverage/spring water faucet is great - strong water flow. It keeps a bubble at the tip but it doesn't drip. I kept a cup under it and it kept dry with no leaks. The main faucet sprayer has 3 functions: regular flow of water, spray flow and best of all, a super sprayer. It really removes the stubborn stuff. That was an unexpected, happy benefit. This hot tub is great! I have had it for a few month now and have not had a single issue. It was easy to get set up and ready to go. The jets are strong if you want them to be but adjustable if you don’t. Size is great. I love the cup holders and ice bucket. Cover is thick and does a great job. I was a little nervous about ordering online. I did a lot of shopping and researching before I ordered this one but now wish I had ordered it sooner. We spend a lot of time in it. We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Steamspa / SWCorp does not service their products. When something goes wrong you have to open up the unit and troubleshoot yourself or pay a contractor to do it. Mine worked for about six months then stopped producing steam. Warranty covers almost nothing. It doesn't cover "parts", so I'm not sure what it covers. Customer service offered to sell me a new one at a 20% discount or buy new heating elements and drain valve since the tank is not draining. None of this is covered under warranty.
