It's a nice looking shed, I have a smaller one of these too, you have to be careful with the panels in the sun, they will warp some which can make alignments difficult and to keep walls straight and not warped, always keep the walls completely flat and realize there are hundreds of screws into plastic that keep this shed together.. The product arrives in two long, flat boxes. The packing was sufficient for the most part except for the triangular pieces that are part of the roof. They were dented and scratched, but I didn’t think it was worth my time and trouble to try to have them replaced, so I pounded out the dents with a rubber mallet. The flaws are visible, but not as bad as how they came. Each piece of metal is covered with plastic film that should be removed before assembly, which takes a lot of time and patience, but once removed the metal surfaces are very clean with a good coating. Assembly definitely requires two people and several hours since there are over 300 screws, but once assembled, the structure is very solid. I was impressed with the engineering. All of the screw holes lined up and the instructions/diagrams were easy to follow. I built a wooden deck with 2x6 treated joists and treated plywood for the floor and screwed the base to that. I love this! It’s so much bigger than the three plastic ones I was using before. I wanted the top one a little lower because I was planning to put all of my, and my significant other Dan’s suitcases. Up on the top shelf. One word of advice. When attaching the top and bottom side supports together. Put a shelf in between the two supports. So that it can be stable when you’re finishing the setup. Plus whatever you put there. Can help stabilize it too. Putting this together by myself. Was pretty easy. Although I wished I had an extra hand sometimes. With how wide it is. But I was able to get it altogether by myself. In four hours, and it was done. I put the bottom prices for the bottom part of the legs in. That say to do first in the directions. To not scratch up the floors. But this was going into the garage. So it really didn’t matter. And our house is very old. So the garage floor is old too.
