This is a beautiful crate. Perfect size for my 15 pound dog. It's obviously so much nicer than a traditional metal crate. This crate is perfect. The packaging protected the product during shipping. The instructions were easy to follow (not always the case with furniture). I was a little worried by the 1 star and 2 star reviews about the latching hardware not being good. PLEASE IGNORE THOSE! It is obvious that they missed an important step in the instructions regarding spring loaded latches for the inside of the left front gate. I am so happy with how this turned out. It is the perfect size for my 20 pound Chihuahua mix. He is very strong and has escaped wire and plastic crates before.
