The Outdoor Dog Kennel is fantastic. This is a two-person project. You can put it together by yourself, as that is what I did. However, it takes 2 to 3 times longer to put together by yourself and at times it is very hard to maneuver the enclosure by yourself. The dog kennel is big enough for two large dogs and still leaves plenty of room for them to play with each other, and run around. There are two draw backs for me. The first is that the gate/door is hard to open, when you unlatch the top latch, and then go to unlatch the bottom latch, then the top latch will close again. Therefore, you will need to open the top and bottom together. Second, the gate/door does not stay open. I would like the dogs to be able to go into the enclosure for shade while I am at work, but since the door cannot stay open they would not be able to get back out. This is a great piece! It was a little bit of a challenge to put together (I mixed a few steps up). Between my husband and I we figured it out though. It has several options like a spinning foodwater dish (we didn’t install the food bowls because the baby would eat the dog food). But conceptually it’s nice to be able to crate and feed as needed. It also has three sides that open including an attractive sliding door and two ends that fully open. As you can see, the top serves as a changing station for us but could have multiple uses.
