Update…Wayfair went above and beyond to correct this. They sent me an entire new one since the company hadn’t responded. We love this!! First and second one came broke …Sad that this came broken and have yet to receive a replacement part. Hoping it comes soon it’s been a long wait and still no ETA on when it may be shipped or arrive here. Hoping Wayfair can help since feel like I haven’t gotten anywhere with the manufacturer.
