It is obvious that they missed an important step in the instructions regarding spring loaded latches for the inside of the left front gate. If you’re assembling it on your own, I recommend taking your time and double-checking each step before fully tightening everything. Once assembled, I’m very pleased with the finished product. My large-breed dog fits comfortably inside, and the crate feels solid and well-built for everyday use. The storage surface on top is a great bonus — it functions perfectly as an end table and provides extra space for décor or everyday essentials. Recieved large dog crate in good shape. Directions were easy to follow and pretty easy to put together. Seems like there is plenty of room for my 67 lb collie to stretch out. The dog crate has two drawers at the top so you can store dog brushes, combs, leashes and things like that which is handy. There is also an open space between the two drawers for storage also. Seems like it is sturdy. Reason I gave 4 stars is because the latches don't seem to be real sturdy. I wish it had a tray in the cage, I think that would make it easier to clean. First and second one came broke …Sad that this came broken and have yet to receive a replacement part.
